Live in a beautiful house with other students from Wimbledon School of English. Cottenham 1 is a standard plus student residence located in the pleasant residential area of Raynes Park. It is a 20 minute bus journey from the school or 30 minutes on foot. Wimbledon Common is also only a short walk away.

Meals

  • The house-share is self-catering and has a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

Services

  • The houses are cleaned once a week.
  • Please bring your own towels.
  • Bedding is provided.

Please Note

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house or in the garden.
  • There is no member of staff in the house-share.

Booking Conditions

  • Booking is from Saturday to Saturday only.
  • Arrival from 13:00 to 17:00
  • Departure from 10:00 to 12:00
  • There is a £60 charge for late or Sunday arrival
  • Please note that we cannot check in students after 8pm.
  • Minimum age: 18
  • Payment: first 4 weeks at the time of booking and balance on arrival

Twin/Double Room Dual Occupancy Weekly rate £195
The prices for twin/double rooms are per person.
Shared rooms are for 2 students travelling together.
Queens Lodge - Self Catering with En-suite Facilities
Single Room Ensuite Weekly rate £275
Single Room Private Bathroom Weekly rate £255
Large Single Room Ensuite Bathroom Weekly rate £290
Booking is from Saturday to Saturday
Check in from 13:00 to 17:00. Check out from 10:00 to 12:00.
Late check in fee: (checking in outside of these times) £50
Breakages deposit (refundable): £300
Please note that we cannot check students in after 8pm

A supplement of £50 for the first accommodation week applies to all of the above accommodation options.
